About the role
The Integrated Policy Internship offers a paid, full‑time summer experience within the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. Interns work on research and analysis projects that support the Bank’s public policy mission.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis related to Federal Reserve policy and prepare written briefings, memos, and reports.
- Support team leadership by synthesizing webinars, meetings, and outreach activities.
- Develop and maintain procedures and templates to improve communication of policy topics.
- Present findings to advance strategic initiatives and high‑priority projects.
- Coordinate with other business lines to integrate policy analysis across the Bank.
Required profile
- Currently studying economics, public policy, finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
- Attention to detail, organization, and sound judgment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
Required skills
- Research and data analysis.
