Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

iRESTORE is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to build and scale creator partnerships for its Body and Skin product categories. The role focuses on driving awareness, acquisition, and revenue through strategic influencer collaborations.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day influencer strategy and campaign execution for Body and Skin lines.
• Identify, evaluate, and recruit creators aligned with brand and growth goals.
• Manage the full creator partnership lifecycle, including outreach, contracts, briefs, scheduling, and payments.
• Partner with Performance Creative and Paid Media to amplify high‑performing creator content.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics such as engagement, traffic, acquisition, and revenue.

Required profile

• 4+ years of influencer, affiliate, or creator marketing experience, preferably in DTC, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle.
• Proven track record of executing performance‑focused influencer campaigns from discovery to reporting.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long‑term relationships with creators and agencies.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets for budget and performance analysis.
• Experience with AI tools for creator research, outreach personalization, and workflow efficiency.
• Familiarity with influencer platforms, creator databases, and social‑commerce tools.
• Knowledge of Shopify and subscription‑based product models.
