Indirect Procurement Associate

About the role

Radiant is seeking an Indirect Procurement Associate to support sourcing and procurement of indirect goods and services such as facilities, IT, professional services, MRO, consumables, and R&D collaborations. This hands‑on position works closely with engineering, operations, finance, and production teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support sourcing for indirect categories by gathering technical requirements and evaluating supplier capabilities.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing SOWs, NDAs, PO terms and help prepare negotiation positions for MSAs and licensing agreements.
• Manage facilities/MRO procurement tasks, coordinating with vendors on maintenance, repairs, equipment, and lab build‑out needs.
• Track purchase orders through the procure‑to‑pay cycle and flag delays or technical mismatches.
• Act as day‑to‑day contact for lower‑complexity suppliers and escalate high‑stakes matters.
• Identify supply‑chain risks from an engineering perspective, such as part obsolescence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Supply Chain acceptable).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience; prior procurement experience a plus but not required.
• Strong technical/mechanical aptitude and interest in commercial aspects of engineering.
• Good analytical, organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% to supplier locations and work extended hours as needed.

Required skills

• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.
• Proficiency with standard office software.
