In Vivo/In Vitro Biologist III

About the role

The In Vivo/In Vitro Biologist III supports multiple animal studies and in‑vitro experiments within the Consumer Products Services division. This full‑time position reports to the Manager and requires flexible scheduling to meet project demands.

Key responsibilities

• Perform dilution calculations, prepare dosing solutions, and conduct independent dosing of mice and rats.
• Handle and manipulate small laboratory animals, including tail‑vein, intraperitoneal, subcutaneous, and intramuscular injections.
• Execute molecular biology techniques such as qRT‑PCR, ELISA, MSD, Western blot, and multiplex immunofluorescence.
• Conduct microscopy, basic image analysis, necropsy, tissue collection, and dissection.
• Analyze data independently and present findings in written and oral formats.
• Maintain instrument performance, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Neuroscience, Molecular/Cell Biology or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum three years of relevant laboratory experience.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a positive attitude and high engagement.

Required skills

• Mouse/rat handling and injection techniques.
• qRT‑PCR, ELISA, MSD, Western blot, multiplex immunofluorescence.
• Microscopy and basic image‑analysis software.
• Necropsy, dissection, and tissue collection.
• Data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
