HVAC Technician Team Lead

About the role

Logan Services is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to lead its service team in Columbus, OH. You will mentor technicians, handle complex service calls, and help drive exceptional customer experiences while growing your own earnings.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operations of the service team and act as the technical resource for challenging calls.
• Mentor, coach, and hold technicians accountable for performance and safety standards.
• Monitor team metrics, ensure quality workmanship, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong residential HVAC service background.
• Proven experience leading, mentoring, or coaching technicians.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and enforce accountability.
