About the role
Logan Services is seeking an HVAC Installer Apprentice to join its Columbus team. This entry‑level position offers paid, hands‑on training and a clear pathway to a long‑term career in residential HVAC installation.
Key responsibilities
- Assist lead installers with HVAC system installations and replacements.
- Load, stage, and organize materials and equipment on job sites.
- Maintain clean, safe work environments and care for company tools and vehicles.
- Communicate professionally with teammates and customers.
Required profile
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Mechanically inclined or interested in how things work.
- Physically able to work in demanding environments and varying temperatures.
- Safety‑mindset and team‑oriented.
Required skills
- Use of hand and power tools.
- Basic understanding of HVAC equipment and installation techniques.
