Human Resources Generalist

About the role

We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our Corporate HR team in Philadelphia. The role supports the execution of HR strategies and programs, partnering with managers to ensure consistent people practices across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations including onboarding, off‑boarding, contract changes and employment documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and collaborate with the HR Data Specialist to ensure HRIS data integrity.
• Administer benefits enrollment, updates and employee communications.
• Conduct investigations, prepare findings and recommend actions for minor to moderate issues, escalating high‑risk cases as needed.
• Coach mid‑level managers on performance documentation, performance improvement plans and participate in performance discussions.
• Support cyclical HR processes, cross‑functional projects and provide HR data analysis for strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations and compliance.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities to support managers and employees.
• Detail‑oriented with ability to manage multiple HR administrative tasks.
• Experience handling investigations and performance management processes.
