About the role

We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our Washington, D.C. team within a globally recognized, complex organization. The role provides hands‑on HR support to international and regional teams, partnering closely with business and operational leaders to foster an engaged, high‑performing culture.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers across multiple regions.
  • Support day‑to‑day HR operations, including HRIS transactions, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Partner with HR leadership to implement talent, engagement, and organizational initiatives.
  • Assist in coordinating training programs, leadership development, and learning opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Payroll, Legal, and HR Operations to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Analyze workforce trends and metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced employee experience.
  • Support communication and rollout of company policies and HR programs.
  • Participate in special projects and cross‑functional HR initiatives as needed.

Required profile

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience, ideally within a large, fast‑paced, multinational organization.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a focus on building trust at all levels.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
  • Knowledge of U.S. employment law; familiarity with international HR practices is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms.
  • Spanish language proficiency (written and verbal).
