Human Resources Associate – Campus Program

About the role

The HR Foundations Program is a rotational development experience for early‑career professionals. Participants rotate through HR Centers of Excellence, gaining expertise in talent management, HR technology, strategic support, and global benefits before moving into a business‑facing HR role.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through HR COE roles to build functional expertise in areas such as Talent Management, HR Technology & Operations, Strategic HR Business Support, or Global Benefits.
• Partner with business leaders on talent strategies, workforce planning, and organizational initiatives during the business‑facing phase.
• Complete a part‑time HR Technology & Operations experience to strengthen technical and analytical capabilities.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program related to Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or Organizational Psychology, graduating August 2027.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Demonstrated leadership, strong learning agility, and critical‑thinking abilities.

Required skills

• Experience using AI tools (e.g., generative AI platforms, automation tools, AI‑assisted research/analytics).
• Ability to leverage data for trend analysis, insight generation, and problem‑solving.
