HR Generalist – Bilingual General Affairs & HR Operations

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual HR Generalist to serve as a key link between management and employees in Plano, TX. The role supports general affairs, HR operations and cross‑regional collaboration, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day HR processes and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional coordination across General Affairs Operations, Space Planning and IT, identifying coverage gaps and driving resolutions.
• Manage corporate lease vehicle program, including renewal scheduling, compliance monitoring and vendor coordination.
• Evaluate invoices for accuracy, resolve discrepancies with Finance and vendors, and ensure timely processing.
• Maintain space inventory records, conduct utilization analysis and prepare reports.
• Develop bilingual meeting materials, status reports and SOPs aligned with HQ standards.
• Organize employee engagement events, VIP visits and day‑to‑day facility operations such as maintenance requests and security access.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum three years of supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans and motivate team members.
• Strong budgeting and financial management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English.
• Experience creating newsletters and managing policy‑driven programs.
