Mid Level Recruiter – Full Cycle Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

About the role

This full‑cycle recruiting position supports mid to senior‑level requisitions across Samsung Electronics America business units. You will partner with hiring managers, HR business partners and other stakeholders to attract, evaluate and secure top talent while championing diversity and consistent hiring practices.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end recruiting for strategic mid‑to‑senior level roles within Samsung Electronics America.
• Interview and assess candidates using behavior‑based techniques and standardized templates.
• Present pre‑screened candidates to hiring managers and escalate sourcing challenges when needed.
• Develop and promote diversity recruitment strategies and ensure inclusive sourcing.
• Consult with hiring managers and HRBPs to construct competitive offers using compensation tools and market data.
• Manage candidate progression in Workday, resolving routine issues and escalating complex cases.
• Collaborate with recruiting operations, legal, total rewards and other support teams to ensure compliance and risk management.

Required profile

• 5+ years of relevant recruiting experience, preferably at a mid level.
• Proven ability to source hard‑to‑find, passive talent through LinkedIn and other channels.
• Strong partnership skills with internal stakeholders such as hiring managers and HR business partners.
• Advanced problem‑solving abilities and deep understanding of the talent acquisition function.
