Recruiter 3 – Talent Sourcing & Candidate Screening

About the role

We are seeking a mid‑level Recruiter 3 to lead talent sourcing and candidate screening for our Samsung client. The role partners closely with hiring leaders to develop search strategies, conduct thorough screens, and deliver qualified candidate slates.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with client‑facing recruiters and hiring leaders to deeply understand role requirements and organizational fit.
• Execute search strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referral campaigns, direct sourcing, and Samsung.com/Careers.
• Engage both active and passive candidates, conduct comprehensive screens, and provide realistic job previews.
• Present candidate recommendations to hiring leaders and ensure a seamless transition from sourcer to recruiter.
• Maintain accurate reporting, candidate slate reports, and job description updates while complying with company policies and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in a staffing agency or corporate HR recruiting function.
• Proven track record of delivering qualified, vetted candidates aligned to position requirements.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws and best practices.
