Remote Entry-Level Recruiter – Flexible Schedule

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, remote entry‑level recruiter to join our fast‑growing team. You will engage candidates through virtual sessions, guide them through the hiring process, and help expand our talent pipeline from anywhere.

Key responsibilities

• Host engaging 30–45 minute virtual information sessions with small groups of candidates.
• Conduct one‑on‑one conversations to answer questions, assess fit, and move candidates forward.
• Communicate professionally and with positive energy throughout the recruitment journey.
• Manage follow‑ups, scheduling, and documentation to keep the process organized.
• Represent the company’s culture and values in every interaction.

Required profile

• Strong communication and public‑speaking abilities (recruiting experience a plus).
• Comfortable presenting to small groups or on camera.
• Reliable, self‑motivated, and goal‑driven.
• Tech‑savvy and organized while working independently.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

• Hourly pay: $15/hr during training, then $17.50–$20/hr once onboarded.
