Recruiter – Talent Sourcing & Candidate Engagement

About the role

The Recruiter will partner with client‑facing recruiters and hiring leaders to understand role requirements and drive targeted search strategies for Samsung. The focus is on sourcing, engaging and presenting qualified candidates while providing realistic job previews.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to define role requirements and shape search strategies.
• Execute sourcing across applicant pools, employee referrals, LinkedIn Recruiter and other social platforms.
• Identify and engage both active and passive candidates using Samsung Careers, LinkedIn Recruiter and additional tools.
• Conduct thorough candidate screens, assess fit, and deliver realistic job previews.
• Prepare and present candidate slate reports and recommendations to hiring leaders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in a staffing agency or corporate HR recruiting function.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws and HR best practices.
• Effective communication skills and ability to handle confidential data.
