Housekeeper (Lease Up)

About the role

Greystar seeks a Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of vacant apartments, leasing office, and community amenities, ensuring the property remains attractive to prospective residents.

Key responsibilities

• Clean leasing office, clubhouse, restrooms, model units, amenities, and vacant apartments daily or as directed.
• Refresh vacant and show units throughout the day to keep them market‑ready.
• Assist the make‑ready process with tasks requested by the Service Manager, Community Manager, or Assistant Manager.
• Report any hazards or dangerous situations to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when re‑order is needed.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, climbing ladders, reaching, carrying objects, and crawling in confined spaces.
• Capability to work in all weather conditions and lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and be on call as needed.
