Leasing Professional at Central Park East

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for Central Park East, a newly remodeled 448‑unit garden‑style community in Northeast Bellevue. You will ensure a seamless move‑in experience, maintain high resident satisfaction, and help achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct prospect building, virtual and in‑person tours, and follow‑up communications.
• Process applications, credit screenings, background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure show units meet company standards.
• Develop and execute marketing plans, including social media, internet listings, resident referral and employer outreach programs.
• Manage lease renewals by preparing renewal packages, contacting residents, and securing signed agreements.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns and provide excellent customer service throughout the lease term.

Required profile

• Previous sales or customer‑service experience with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with property‑management software such as Yardi or OneSite (preferred).
• Ability to use social media and internet platforms for marketing.
