Senior Community Manager – Central Park East

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Senior Community Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations of a 448‑unit garden‑style community in the Crossroads neighborhood of Bellevue, WA. The role combines property management, team leadership, and owner liaison responsibilities to ensure high resident satisfaction and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the community to meet budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Control expenditures, including maintenance repairs, within approved budget limits.
• Oversee lease enforcement, approve resident applications, discounts, and renewals.
• Supervise property staff, handling hiring, training, performance management, and goal achievement.
• Maintain client/owner relationships by providing performance updates and responding to requests.

Required profile

• Previous property management experience (fee management preferred).
• Proven supervisory skills with ability to hire, lead, and evaluate team members.
• Financially savvy with experience creating and adhering to budgets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Experience using Yardi property management software.
• Familiarity with OneSite platform.
