Housekeeper for Residential Community

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of vacant apartments, leasing offices, and community amenities at Broadstone Jordan Ranch. The role supports Greystar’s commitment to delivering market‑ready homes and a welcoming environment for residents and prospective tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, common‑area restrooms, model units, amenities and vacant apartments daily or as directed.
• Refresh vacant and show units throughout the day to keep them market‑ready.
• Assist the make‑ready process by performing tasks assigned by the Service Manager, Community Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Report any hazards or unsafe conditions to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when re‑ordering is needed.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects and work in confined spaces for extended periods.
• Capability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physical capacity to lift up to 25 lb independently and 50 lb with assistance.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays and respond to on‑call assignments.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
