About the role
The Health Aide Lead provides basic patient care, supports patients in developing daily living skills, and ensures safety and documentation within West Central Georgia Regional Hospital.
Key responsibilities
- Take vital signs and record them in the Electronic Medical Record.
- Observe, document, and report patient behavior, activity, and data.
- Prepare clients for treatments or examinations and assist with bathing or activities of daily living.
- Complete required documentation in patient and unit records.
Required profile
- High School diploma/GED.
- At least one year of experience as a Health Aide 2 or equivalent.
- Valid Georgia driver’s license or license from resident state with a clear motor vehicle report.
- Experience in supervision or leadership is a plus.
