- Partner with Systems, IT, Accounting and Legal to improve the procurement platform, including PO line item logic, invoice matching, user experience and AI tools
- Serve as a thought partner to leadership on procurement strategy and spend governance, and hire and lead future sourcing experts
- Manage multiple simultaneous initiatives from concept through execution, and partner with Finance on budgeting and forecasting of third-party spend
Required profile
- 12+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing and/or finance operations, ideally at both startups and scaled companies, with 5+ years leading teams
- Experience building or scaling a procurement and/or sourcing function from the ground up
- Deep expertise in sourcing strategies, vendor negotiations, cost control and supplier performance management
- Ability to influence and work cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Systems and business leaders
- Player/coach mindset: hands-on work alongside building systems and a team
Required skills
- Hands-on familiarity with procure-to-pay systems such as Zip, Coupa, NetSuite and Workday Financials
- Strong process design skills and passion for workflow efficiency, data integrity and automation

- Paid time off, recharge days, paid parental leave up to 16 weeks, comprehensive health coverage and fertility benefits
- Mental health support, professional development stipends and an employer-sponsored retirement plan
