Head of Online Events

About the role

Inspira Education is looking for a Head of Online Events to design and scale a high‑impact events engine that reaches tens of thousands of students and parents. This senior, in‑person position will own the full lifecycle of virtual events—from creative vision and content strategy to production, promotion, measurement, and team building.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar across all verticals.
• Conceptualize, test, and launch new event formats such as AMAs, bootcamps, panel discussions, and masterclasses.
• Craft compelling hooks, narratives, and scripts that drive registrations and conversions.
• Collaborate with Sales to create follow‑up strategies that generate consultations and revenue.
• Produce high‑quality presentation decks with strong visual hierarchy.
• Manage all Zoom and GoToWebinar technical logistics, troubleshooting, and quality assurance.
• Host or moderate webinars during the initial launch phase.
• Coordinate with consultants, tutors, and presenters to gather materials and ensure polished delivery.
• Build pre‑event and post‑event email communications and work with lifecycle teams on distribution.

Required profile

• A rare hybrid of strategist, designer, and data‑driven marketer.
• Comfortable hosting live virtual events and engaging audiences.
• Strong aesthetic judgment and ability to create visually compelling decks.
• Hands‑on, scrappy mindset for the first months, followed by team‑building capabilities.
• Passion for measurable results and KPI‑focused execution.
