Head of Marketing

About the role

Shuttlebase is building AI‑driven, self‑evolving websites that automatically optimise conversion and growth. As Head of Marketing you will own the full marketing strategy, shape the brand voice and lead a growing team to turn strategic vision into measurable pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute Shuttlebase’s end‑to‑end marketing strategy, including positioning, messaging, brand, demand and growth.
• Develop a proactive go‑to‑market calendar and align sales, customer success and product around a unified narrative.
• Lead a Marketing Manager, set clear goals, prioritize initiatives and mentor the team.
• Build and run a content engine that converts product insights and customer wins into market momentum.
• Own demand‑generation programs across paid ads, performance marketing, funnel optimisation and experimentation.
• Represent Shuttlebase at conferences and industry events, turning presence into qualified pipeline.

Required profile

• 7+ years of marketing experience, with senior leadership in a high‑growth SaaS, B2B or eCommerce startup.
• Proven ability to create strategic roadmaps, prioritisation frameworks and a proactive GTM calendar.
• Track record of managing and developing individual contributors into high‑performing marketers.
• Strong intuition for positioning complex AI products in a clear, compelling way.
• Data‑driven mindset, comfortable owning pipeline, CAC and conversion metrics.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Performance marketing optimisation and experimentation.
