About the role
Guest Services Leaders supervise employees and oversee general store operations at Pilot travel centers. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while ensuring the facility runs smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise store staff and daily operations.
- Maintain a clean, well‑maintained facility.
- Assist managers with tasks to keep operations running efficiently.
- Uphold Pilot’s commitment to quality and customer service.
Required profile
- Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations.
- Strong customer‑service orientation.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to undergo a background check.
Required skills
- Proficiency with a calculator and computer.
- Ability to operate standard retail equipment.
