About the role
The Area Coach will oversee 6‑9 Taco Bell locations in the South Milwaukee market, driving operational excellence, supporting managers, and ensuring safety and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead operational success across 6‑9 units, meeting profit and flow‑through goals.
- Coach and mentor managers, oversee hiring, staffing, and employee relations.
- Monitor P&L statements, control labor and inventory costs, and ensure timely maintenance.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 1‑2 years of high‑volume, multi‑unit operational management experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the market.
Required skills
- Solid understanding of business math and accounting principles.
- Ability to analyze reports and identify process‑improvement opportunities.
