Area Coach – Multi‑Unit Restaurant Management

About the role
The Area Coach will oversee 6‑9 Taco Bell locations, driving operational excellence, safety, and profitability across the district.
Key responsibilities
- Lead operational success for each unit, meeting profit and flow‑thru goals.
- Use reports to identify growth opportunities and process improvements.
- Ensure health, safety, security, and OSHA compliance.
- Train, coach, and mentor managers; lead hiring and staffing.
- Address employee relations issues and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Partner with managers on sales, P&L, labor, inventory, and maintenance.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 1‑2 years of high‑volume, multi‑unit operational management experience.
- Proven ability to develop and mentor managers.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Solid understanding of business math, accounting, and decision‑making.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the market.
