GTM Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

About the role

Rogo is building AI‑native tools for finance and needs a GTM Recruiter to drive hiring across its global go‑to‑market organization. You will own the end‑to‑end recruiting process for SDRs and GTM Associates in the U.S., EMEA and APAC, ensuring a fast, high‑quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Run GTM recruiting processes from sourcing to offer, managing interview logistics across multiple time zones.
• Maintain clean candidate data in the Ashby ATS and ensure timely interview feedback.
• Conduct reference checks, synthesize insights, and support hiring decisions.
• Partner with GTM leadership to align on hiring priorities and improve recruiting workflows.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting, or operations.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable working with senior stakeholders across time zones.

Required skills

• Ashby (or similar ATS) experience.
• Proficiency with modern productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack).
