GTM Recruiter

About the role

Roboflow is seeking a GTM Recruiter to own hiring for its go‑to‑market functions, including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships and other revenue‑driving teams. You will partner with founders and functional leaders to build high‑performing teams that bring computer‑vision products to market.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success metrics and scorecards for GTM hires.
• Source, screen, and guide candidates through the interview process end‑to‑end, creating high‑signal interview loops.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines with an emphasis on quality and velocity.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance and Leadership to forecast hiring needs and timelines.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on hiring strategy, compensation benchmarks and talent market dynamics.

Required profile

• Full‑cycle recruiting experience hiring go‑to‑market talent in high‑growth startup or SaaS environments.
• Deep familiarity with GTM roles and compensation models (AE, CSM, Marketing, RevOps, Partnerships, etc.).
• Proven ability to build high‑quality pipelines and close top candidates.
• Strong business judgment and ability to partner effectively with leaders.
• Comfortable operating with autonomy and accountability.

Required skills

• Experience managing ATS workflows (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
• Exceptional sourcing instincts and ability to engage hard‑to‑reach candidates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

What we offer

• Base salary $110,000–$140,000 per year plus equity.
• $4,000/year travel stipend and $350/month productivity stipend.
