Growth Strategy & Performance Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an internal Growth Strategy & Performance Specialist to turn data, research and client context into reliable analysis and practical recommendations. The role supports the Client Success & Delivery Lead by providing analytical work, evidence, experimentation records and decision‑support materials.

Key responsibilities

• Review performance across paid media, websites, e‑commerce, CRM, email, SEO, marketplaces and other channels, identifying trends, risks and growth opportunities.
• Research acquisition, funnel, CRO, creative, email, SEO and automation opportunities and prepare evidence‑based, prioritized recommendations.
• Maintain tracking funnels, create controlled experiments and keep detailed testing and learning logs.
• Provide hands‑on support for Google Ads and Meta Ads lead‑generation accounts, covering temporary media‑buyer gaps.
• Prepare meeting agendas, executive summaries and analytical sections to support client discussions.
• Convert approved recommendations into internal briefs, coordinate with specialists and ensure quality before client delivery.
• Leverage AI tools for research, analysis, reporting and workflow improvement while verifying outputs manually.

Required profile

• Strong experience in paid media, growth marketing, performance analysis or marketing operations.
• Ability to interpret data commercially and explain changes, implications and next steps.
• Recent hands‑on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads, especially for lead‑generation.
• Comfort diagnosing unfamiliar accounts, fixing performance or tracking issues quickly.
• Disciplined research, documentation, prioritisation and follow‑through across multiple accounts.
• Strong written and spoken English with clear presentation skills.
