Growth Marketing Manager, Online Events

About the role

Inspira Education is building a category‑defining online‑events engine to reach tens of thousands of students and parents. As the Growth Marketing Manager for Online Events, you will design, produce, and scale high‑impact virtual experiences that drive registrations, consultations, and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a cross‑vertical content calendar for webinars, AMAs, bootcamps, panel discussions, and masterclasses.
• Conceptualize and test new event formats, crafting compelling hooks, narratives, and promotional angles.
• Collaborate with Sales to create post‑event follow‑up strategies that convert attendees into consultations.
• Produce high‑quality presentation decks with strong visual hierarchy and typography.
• Host or moderate webinars in the early phase and manage all GoToWebinar/Zoom technical logistics, troubleshooting, and quality assurance.
• Coordinate independently with consultants, tutors, and presenters to gather materials and ensure seamless delivery.
• Document scripts, run‑of‑show guides, and creative briefs to standardize production.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with a strong creative instinct and an eye for design.
• Operative rigor – comfortable handling end‑to‑end event production and logistics.
• Data‑driven marketer who lives by KPIs and measurable results.
• Excellent communicator able to host live sessions and work closely with cross‑functional teams.
