Growth Marketing Manager, Direct Response

About the role

We are seeking a senior Growth Marketing Manager to own growth for a pod of 5‑8 clients in our direct response/info marketing division. You will lead a cross‑functional team and set strategic direction for each client’s marketing funnel, offers, and KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Define and document client goals, KPIs and quarterly/monthly/weekly plans.
• Lead client calls with clear agendas, performance narratives and data‑driven recommendations.
• Oversee and quality‑check team output across copy, creative, funnel pages and ad concepts.
• Identify performance constraints (creative fatigue, funnel conversion, offer mis‑alignment, media buying gaps) and initiate fixes.
• Manage and develop pod members through 1:1s, feedback and priority setting.

Required profile

• 5+ years in direct response, info/coaching or performance marketing, owning client outcomes.
• Proven experience managing a team and driving cross‑disciplinary marketing work.
• Strong understanding of offer strategy, pricing and positioning in the info/coaching space.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, adaptable to clients, team and leadership.
• Comfortable working in async‑first environments and leveraging AI tools for data analysis.

Required skills

• Cross‑discipline marketing competency (paid media, copy, creative, funnels, offers).
• Experience with media buying, copywriting oversight and funnel mapping.
• Ability to diagnose constraints and prescribe data‑driven fixes.
