About the role

Rwazi pays people worldwide to complete short paid tasks that generate market intelligence for Fortune‑500 brands. As a Growth Hacker you will own the discipline of attracting high‑intent participants who sign up, complete paid tasks, and return for more.

Key responsibilities

• Design and operate a participant acquisition engine using organic loops, referral mechanics, community partnerships, agentic outreach and geo‑specific channel mapping.
• Build automation and agentic workflows (LLM‑powered outreach, scrapers, no‑code orchestration, lightweight SQL) to scale acquisition without adding headcount.
• Drive geographic unlocks based on client demand and supply‑side economics, measuring cost per activated participant, completion rate, repeat‑task rate and lifetime task count.
• Run weekly experiments, killing under‑performing ideas in two weeks and doubling down on winners.

Required profile

• Proven experience growing a marketplace, gig platform or two‑sided business with measurable results.
• Mechanism‑thinking mindset, focusing on conversion loops rather than vanity metrics.
• Fluency with agentic tooling such as LLM‑powered outreach, scraping, and no‑code orchestration.
• Experience launching growth channels in emerging markets and adapting channel mix by country.
