Generalist Recruiter (Talent Sourcing Specialist)

About the role

We are looking for a driven Generalist Recruiter who excels at sourcing high‑calibre talent and can manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycles for mid‑level to executive positions. The role blends full‑cycle ownership with strategic sourcing support for the broader talent acquisition team, ensuring a steady pipeline of top candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles, from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and team dynamics.
• Craft compelling job advertisements and design targeted recruitment campaigns.
• Conduct screening interviews, present shortlists, and guide candidates through each interview stage.
• Proactively source passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, X‑ray techniques, and other advanced methods.
• Support fellow recruiters on hard‑to‑fill positions by delivering high‑quality talent pools.
• Maintain and continuously improve talent pools for key verticals and future hiring needs.
• Provide market insights and candidate intelligence to hiring teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in an in‑house or agency setting.
• Demonstrated success sourcing and placing high‑end, hard‑to‑fill, or executive‑level roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and consultative approach.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to adapt to shifting priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
