About the role

Rilla is seeking a Generalist Intern to work directly with founders and leadership on high‑priority projects across sales, operations, finance, recruiting, and other business needs. This full‑time, on‑site summer role offers direct exposure to how a fast‑growing startup operates.

Key responsibilities

Take on high‑priority projects across multiple functions such as sales, operations, finance, and recruiting.
Work directly with founders and leadership on live problems, building and fixing systems.
Deliver tangible output that improves the company from day one.

Required profile

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program.
Ability to work full‑time onsite in NYC for the summer.
Demonstrated ability to tackle hard problems independently.
