General Management Associate – Executive Development Rotational Program

About the role

The General Management Associate program is a two‑year, hybrid rotational experience that places you directly with senior executives at LexisNexis Legal & Professional. You will work on go‑to‑market strategy, growth initiatives, M&A, AI‑driven business challenges and other high‑impact projects.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders across rotations to address priority opportunities and challenges.
• Define project objectives, develop plans, deliver on milestones and present insights to senior leaders.
• Apply AI tools, business frameworks and data‑driven analysis to evaluate opportunities and quantify impact.
• Build relationships across functions and support leaders in translating recommendations into action.

Required profile

• On track to obtain or already hold a professional degree (MBA, JD, PhD, MD) by program start.
• 2‑5+ years of professional experience in finance, strategy, digital marketing, sales, legal, HR or related discipline.
• Experience in B2B technology, professional services, consulting or a similar environment.
• Demonstrated interest in AI tools and a commitment to continuous learning.
