About the role
The Full-Stack Developer will specialize in the Rock RMS platform, translating ministry needs into technical solutions that enhance the experience for staff and congregation.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Rock RMS blocks, attributes, and plugins using C# and .NET.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures for high‑performance reporting.
- Build and refine advanced Rock workflows to automate administrative tasks.
- Manage API integrations between Rock RMS and third‑party software such as payment processors and communication tools.
- Customize the UI/UX of Rock interfaces and external portals using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related IT field.
- 3–5 years of experience developing, testing, and deploying scalable full‑stack applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer‑service mindset.
- Ability to manage high‑priority projects independently and multitask effectively.
Required skills
- C# and the .NET framework.
- Microsoft SQL Server.
- HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Git version control.
- Experience with REST APIs.
- Knowledge of on‑premise hosting and virtualization (Proxmox, CEPH, virtual routing/switching).
