Forward Logistics Analyst

About the role

The Forward Logistics Analyst at Roku will own the operational and analytical foundation of our outbound distribution network across North America and EMEA. You will ensure inventory accuracy, optimize transportation spend, and drive actionable insights that improve service levels while reducing cost‑to‑serve.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inventory control procedures for NA and EMEA distribution sites; conduct system‑to‑system reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Develop and execute scalable cycle‑count programs; lead monthly, quarterly, and annual physical inventory processes.
• Administer serialization capture for outbound finished goods and create transfer orders to replenish stock without shortages or excess.
• Maintain SOX and revenue recognition controls; ensure shipment and inventory transaction accuracy.
• Manage and improve Build‑to‑Customer (BTC) direct partner and customer business operations.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking on‑time‑in‑full (OTIF), transit time, cost‑per‑shipment, carrier scorecards, and DC KPI metrics.
• Analyze weekly freight invoice data to identify billing exceptions, rate variances, and accessorial trends.
• Support carrier RFPs, rate negotiations, and zone‑based pricing analysis.
• Query and model shipment and inventory data to provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or distribution operations.
• Familiarity with inventory control, cycle counting, and 3PL governance.
• Understanding of SOX compliance and revenue recognition processes.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with planning, factory management, and order management teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting freight invoice data and carrier performance metrics.
