Ford Service Valet

About the role

Ricart Ford is looking for an energetic, customer‑focused Service Valet to be the first point of contact in our busy service department. You will greet customers, move vehicles across the lot, and keep the service lane running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly with a warm, professional attitude.
• Safely drive and park customer and dealership vehicles in designated areas.
• Retrieve serviced vehicles for customers and assist Service Advisors with lot organization.
• Install temporary seat covers and floor mats; maintain vehicle clean‑ups as needed.
• Transport vehicles to and from service bays, detail areas, or customer drop‑off locations.
• Keep the service drive and surrounding parking areas clean, safe, and organized.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable, punctual and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable standing, walking and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Friendly, respectful and professional customer service demeanor.
