Foot and Ankle Sales Representative

About the role

Stryker is hiring a Foot and Ankle Sales Representative in St Paul, MN. This is a field-based position where you sell Stryker Foot and Ankle products to surgeons and healthcare professionals, working with a high degree of intensity and commitment. You become the resident expert in the area, organizing your materials and solutions quickly during operating room consultations.

Key responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Foot and Ankle products to surgeons and healthcare professionals
• Manage and maintain your product inventory and assist customers whenever needed
• Provide advice and training on products and tools used in surgery
• Build credibility through knowledge of both your own products and competitors' offerings
• Attend sales meetings and professional association meetings outside regular business hours as required

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role (or a combination)
• 1+ year of orthopedic sales experience preferred
• Experience building relationships with surgeons and hospitals in the area would be beneficial
• Comfortable in emergency and operating room environments
• Willingness to travel 30%

• Use of current office technologies such as MS Office and databases
• Adherence to compliance and ethical standards (AdvaMed principles)
