Field Service Professional – Lawndale, CA

About the role

Join Vivint Smart Home’s Smart Home team as a Field Service Professional, installing cutting‑edge smart‑home technology and helping customers protect and connect their homes.

Key responsibilities

• Installing, servicing, and troubleshooting security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Evaluating customer homes on‑site and recommending equipment upgrades or service enhancements.
• Training homeowners on the operation of their new smart‑home system.
• Participating in ongoing coaching and leadership training to advance within the national organization.

Required profile

• Sales‑oriented mindset with experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service‑based sales (preferred).
• Customer‑first attitude, acting with integrity and building rapport with diverse clients.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass background and licensing checks.
• Physical ability to lift 45 lb, climb ladders up to 14 ft, and work in confined spaces.
