Field Sales Account Executive – Omaha, NE

About the role

Join CooperVision, a global leader in contact lenses, as a Field Sales Account Executive covering the Omaha, NE territory. You will be responsible for expanding the adoption of our contact lens portfolio by building strong relationships with eye‑care professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a defined sales territory and achieve or exceed quota.
• Develop and maintain relationships with optometrists, ophthalmologists, practice managers and office staff.
• Conduct 5‑7 pre‑set appointments per workday, delivering product education and driving market share.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Professional Affairs, Customer Service and Operations teams.
• Respond to customer inquiries (phone/email) within 24 hours.
• Utilize Salesforce, Showpad, Tableau and the CVI sales platform to track activities and forecast.
• Create and execute account business plans with the Regional Director.

Required profile

• Proven consultative selling experience, preferably in medical or vision‑care products.
• Strong time‑management and independent work habits.
• Residence in Omaha or within reasonable commuting distance.
• Ability to understand customer business needs and translate them into solutions.
