About the role

Coldwell Banker Realty is looking for an enthusiastic and strategic Field Marketing Manager to partner with agents and leadership in the Pittsburgh market. You will translate national resources into local, impact‑driven marketing strategies that grow agents’ businesses and strengthen the Coldwell Banker brand.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted marketing advisor to agents and managers, delivering group sessions and one‑on‑one consultations.
• Guide top‑producing agents in aligning marketing tactics with their business goals.
• Translate new marketing technology—social media, AI tools, and digital platforms—into practical workflows.
• Recruit, supervise, and coach office‑based marketing coordinators.
• Develop and execute localized advertising, campaigns, and event initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on recruiting, retention, and business development.
• Represent the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury® program and ensure its local adoption.
