Digital Marketing Agency Assistant

About the role

Valpo Agency is seeking a full‑time Digital Marketing Agency Assistant to work directly with the owner. You will act as a reliable right‑hand, handling projects from brief to completion with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Support the owner with follow‑ups, prioritisation, scheduling, research and closing loose ends.
• Create, organise and track Asana tasks to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
• Attend meetings, capture clear notes, decisions, action items, owners and due dates.
• Execute project directives including research, documentation, SOPs, client assets and reports.
• Assist with client work such as website updates, Google Business Profile posts, SEO tasks, ad and tracking checks, and call‑tracking reviews.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for research, drafting, summarising and organising work.

Required profile

• Previous experience working at a digital‑marketing agency, preferably serving home‑service businesses.
• Strong written and spoken English with clear, concise communication.
• Highly organised, able to work independently without constant direction.
• Available during U.S. Central Time business hours.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of websites, SEO, Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, Google Business Profiles and lead tracking.
• Practical daily experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini.
