Marketing Advisor

About the role

As a Marketing Advisor at Compass, you will serve as a trusted strategic partner for our agents, guiding them through all aspects of marketing to grow their business. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact, customized campaigns that align with both the Compass brand and individual agent needs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide white‑glove advisory service, building trust and positioning Compass Marketing as best‑in‑class.
• Execute marketing initiatives for a diverse portfolio of agents, driving business growth.
• Project‑manage custom marketing requests, coordinating design, vendors, and post‑campaign analytics.
• Develop and recommend multi‑channel marketing strategies, including branding, print, digital, social, direct mail, video, and paid media.
• Analyze performance data to optimize plans and exceed agent expectations.
• Liaise with design, luxury, PR, and other specialty teams to ensure cohesive delivery of assets.
• Deliver proactive “surprise & delight” experiences that add value for agents.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of marketing experience within a brand, agency, or real‑estate brokerage.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy and the ability to select appropriate tactics across channels.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Proven project‑management track record, meeting deadlines and budgets.
• Self‑starter attitude with ownership of assigned projects.
