About the role
This unpaid, education‑based internship is part of a fast‑track development program at The Color Bar Hair Salon. You will gain real‑world salon experience while being mentored by top‑producing stylists.
Key responsibilities
- Support stylists during services and assist with guest flow.
- Prepare and maintain stations, tools, and salon cleanliness.
- Participate in all required training and education sessions.
- Observe, learn, and apply new techniques daily.
Required profile
- Serious about building a long‑term salon career.
- Coachable, driven and committed to growth.
- Willing to invest time now for a higher‑income future.
- Professionalism, reliability and strong work ethic.
Required skills
- Basic shampooing and blow‑out techniques.
- Understanding of color preparation and service flow.
- Product knowledge of Aveda cosmetics.
- Time management and efficiency behind the chair.
