Executive Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for an Executive Recruiter to own the full‑cycle talent acquisition process for Unimatch Lab, an AI‑driven venture studio building a portfolio of AI products and infrastructure. You will partner with hiring managers across engineering, product, ML/AI, design, analytics, marketing and sales to source, assess and secure top‑tier candidates worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruiting process from hiring‑manager brief to offer for up to five concurrent vacancies.
• Source, screen and evaluate candidates on an international scale (USA, MENA, EU, LATAM).
• Conduct technical and cultural interviews, assessing hard skills, soft skills, motivation and fit.
• Maintain a transparent candidate funnel, reporting conversions, sources and time‑to‑fill.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define priorities, role profiles and feedback loops.
• Promote Unimatch Lab’s employer brand within professional communities and direct candidate outreach.

Required profile

• Proven experience running full‑cycle executive recruiting for technical and commercial roles.
• Hands‑on experience recruiting internationally for startups, working directly with founders in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
• Strong ability to align with hiring managers on priorities and role specifications.
