About the role
Moog’s Power & Data division is seeking a Talent Acquisition Division Lead to drive workforce planning and recruiting strategies. Reporting to the SDG TA Leader, you will work in a hybrid setting from Blacksburg, VA, partnering with senior leaders to deliver high‑quality hiring outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Execute workforce planning strategies and translate hiring forecasts into actionable recruiting plans aligned to business objectives.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to develop hiring strategies, address workforce challenges, and deliver talent solutions.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical and future skill needs while leading recruitment for hard‑to‑fill positions.
- Research and leverage talent market intelligence, labor market trends, and competitive insights to inform hiring decisions.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Establish tactical recruiting plans, prioritize resources, and ensure delivery against hiring commitments.
- Champion process improvements, organizational change initiatives, and recruiting best practices to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Own hiring performance metrics, stakeholder satisfaction, and recruiting outcomes, delivering measurable business impact.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum five years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, workforce planning, or related HR functions.
- Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders and influence hiring decisions.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills with a data‑driven approach.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and consulting capabilities.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, navigate ambiguity, and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.

- Transparent salary range: $105,000 – $140,000 annually.
