Talent Acquisition Division Lead – Space

About the role

Moog’s Corporate Group is hiring a Talent Acquisition Division Lead to support the Space division of the Space and Defense Group. In this hybrid role you will design and execute workforce and talent acquisition strategies that drive business growth and ensure high‑quality hiring outcomes for critical talent segments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement workforce planning strategies, translating hiring forecasts into actionable recruiting plans aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to create hiring strategies, address workforce challenges, and deliver talent solutions.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical and future skill needs, leading recruitment for hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Leverage talent market intelligence, labor‑market trends, and competitive insights to inform hiring decisions.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Establish tactical recruiting plans, prioritize resources, and ensure delivery against hiring commitments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, workforce planning or related talent‑management functions.
• Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders and influence hiring decisions.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills with a data‑driven approach.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and consulting capabilities.
