Enterprise Sales Director (Brazilian Portuguese speaking)

About the role

We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Director who is fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and English to lead our enterprise sales efforts. The role will focus on building relationships with large customers, driving revenue, and shaping our go‑to‑market strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target enterprise prospects through research, networking, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers at our largest customers.
• Lead negotiations, address objections, and close complex multi‑million‑dollar deals.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quota, crafting tailored presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, technical, and operations teams to deliver our AI‑driven platform.
• Help define and refine the sales motion as part of an early‑stage go‑to‑market team.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English.
• 8‑12+ years of enterprise‑facing sales experience, including managing a $1M+ quota.
• Proven track record of closing 6‑ and 7‑figure ACV deals.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends.
• Experience building GTM strategies or sales motions from early‑stage growth.
