EHRM Operations Support Analyst (Remote)

About the role

Mind Computing is looking for a full‑time, 100% remote EHRM Operations Support Analyst to support the Department of Veterans Affairs integration project. The analyst will monitor HL7 interfaces, troubleshoot production issues, and assist with site go‑lives and release activities.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor HL7 message dashboards, identify and resolve interface issues.
• Provide production troubleshooting support, including log‑level analysis.
• Participate in Interface System Testing sessions and support EHRM site go‑lives and releases.
• Assist with release planning, readiness tracking, and off‑hours operational support.
• Maintain release documentation, test plans, incident logs, and operational records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in production support, system operations or healthcare data integrations.
• Working knowledge of HL7 messaging and healthcare integration workflows.
• Experience with Oracle Health or Cerner EHRM implementations.
• Ability to obtain a government clearance and reside within the continental US.
