Ecommerce Account Manager

About the role
The Ecommerce Account Manager will drive online sales growth for Boiron’s natural health products across multiple retail platforms. Working closely with the VP of Marketing & Ecommerce, you will design and activate sales plans, optimize product presentation, and build strong relationships with ecommerce partners.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with Retail Media, Ecommerce and Marketing teams on online sales, marketing, and promotion campaigns.
- Develop programs to achieve aggressive sales volume growth for online and third‑party accounts.
- Monitor pricing and third‑party sellers to protect and expand Boiron brands.
- Enhance online retailer catalogs and product detail pages in partnership with marketing.
- Drive sales and margin through site‑merchandising and digital‑shelf strategies.
- Report ecommerce performance to internal stakeholders and external partners on a monthly basis.
- Conduct quarterly planning and review meetings with online retailers.
- Represent Boiron at trade shows and conferences and share marketplace best practices across the company.
Required profile
- B.S./B.A. in a related field.
- 5‑10 years of sales experience, preferably in OTC, natural products, or pharmaceutical industries.
- At least 5 years in key‑account, digital, or ecommerce sales roles.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce business models and online retail dynamics.
Required skills
- Working knowledge of ecommerce platforms.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms.
- Proficiency in email marketing tools.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to analyze performance data and generate insights.
